4332 Wolff Street

It's a great relief to see some of the COVID restrictions lifted to allow normal activities to slowly emerge to some extent. While exercising a lot of caution, my own business has been “busy”.

My new listing at 4332 Wolff came to market and went under contract in one week. I was relieved, not only for the sake of my clients but to stop the ritual of wiping down the surfaces of the house between showings and getting signed releases from brokers and their clients to avoid liability while they were in the house. A very strange but necessary routine in these times.

The Wolff street was another wonderful expansion and remodel of a Berkeley bungalow. Here is a snapshot of the house:

4 bedrooms – 4 bathrooms – 2999 finished square feet – luxury finishes throughout!

I will soon be bringing 1633 E. 30th Avenue back to the market. A Victorian cottage with 3 beds and 2baths, it has undergone almost a total remodel and facelift including a cottage garden in the front and a new patio and irrigated lawn in the back yard.

Since we still can’t socialize much in the restaurants and bars, I’m recommending something that you can enjoy in your backyard - a gin that seems perfect for summer. Mythology Distillery and Denver Botanic Gardens have collaborated to produce The Foragers Botanical Gin

A collaborative gin produced from botanicals harvested from Denver Botanic Gardens.

A dry gin with lemon zest, soft juniper, and fresh-cut flowers on the nose transition to chamomile tea, fresh pine, pink peppercorn spice, and lemon rind on the palate. Finishing with flower petals and orange blossom water.
